Joymarie was the ultimate realtor, professional in the business aspect, and personal in her interactions with us. Cory and JoyMarie were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was relocating from NY and they made the process extremely easy. They were knowledgeable negotiated a deal for me. They were hands on for anything and everything that was needed. Everyone said I seemed calm over the out of state move and I can say it was only because of this team. Joymarie and her partner Corey are excellent agents. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. They gave us great advice on what we needed to do to get our house ready to be put on the market and who could provide help with the things we couldn't do ourselves. They responded to any and all questions in a very timely manner. They priced our house well so that we had multiple buyers and were able to obtain a good price. They were always thoughtful and reassuring. I can't think of anything they could have done better. We highly recommend them both.
